You can use those “.vmx” settings to get better handle on BIOS access.
bios.bootDelay = “5000”
* sets the boot delay in milliseconds
bios.forceSetupOnce = “TRUE”
* force the VM to enter BIOS on next boot
Also, you can reconfigure WebUI (or WebAccess) so it won’t run at all.
Use VMware Infrastructure Client version 2.5.0 instead.
